Good Faith Estimate and The No Surprises Act

As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of your mental health care services. This is designed to protect you from unexpected medical bills and to help you make informed decisions about your treatment.

If you're uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you're entitled to receive a written estimate of the total expected costs before services begin. While this is only an estimate—and actual costs may vary based on your needs—it provides transparency and helps ensure there are no financial surprises.

I’m committed to offering clear communication about fees and supporting your right to understand the financial aspects of your care.

For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, you can visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
